* Erased (Boku Dake ga Inai Machi)
* Erased (Boku Dake ga Inai Machi)
* Shimoneta? Thermæ Romæ (short, but likely adequate to last until Archer)? Barakamon? Just going straight into more Archer?
* Shimoneta
* Mysterious Girlfriend X? Ore Monogatari?
* Snow White with the Red Hair

* Shimoneta
** I previewed episode 1. Sure, why not? :-) Seems like we could use a hilarity/insanity series to balance out the lack of such in the rest of the proposed schedule. --maxb
* Ore Monogatari (25)?
* Ore Monogatari (25)?
** I think this has merit (currently have watched 17/25 episodes), though it is the slowish/sentimental sort, so would be improved by careful slot planning. It's nominally romance I suppose, but I'd say "storytelling / character interaction" is a better description of its primary feel. --maxb

* Mysterious Girlfriend X?
** (AIM) - I've added this to my Crunchyroll queue after reading a rather eloquent review.
** This show is weird. --maxb
*** Well, I finished episode 1. It felt awkward in multiple ways. I read http://www.themanime.org/viewreview.php?id=1508 - whilst technically a 4/5 review, there were quite a few things said (in the "The show is far from perfect though ..." paragraph) which left me lacking hope that it can rise above awkwardly weird. --maxb
* Erased (Boku Dake ga Inai Machi)
** (AIM) - I've seen the first 3 episodes, and considered it schedule-worthy.

* Barakamon (12)

** Seems promising, based on reading a review. May even be our solution to "so what do we do with slot 5 next season". --maxb

* Akagami no Shirayuki-hime (12+12)
** (AIM) - A somewhat simplistic romance show. Warm feelings instead of angst. Which is probably why I liked it.
** I've now seen four episodes and really like it. Alasdair is drastically underselling it with the "somewhat simplistic romance" comment, as IMO that's not really the point of the show - to me it's more like a story about town and palace life that happens to contain romance elements as part of its framing. --maxb
** OK, so maybe they're actually starting the romance arc to some extent around episode 11. I think this show is good, but possibly not quite good enough to watch twice, so I guess I'm just neutral on its schedule potential at this point. --maxb
In an effort to prune down the above list of possibles, here's another section to separate out the ones seeming less likely (i.e. uncontested negative comments here, or IRL discussions not seeming promising):
* Panty and Stocking?
** Does not sound promising --maxb
* [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0808506/  The Girl Who Leapt Through Time]
** (AIM) A movie that rather convincingly explores what a schoolgirl would use time-travel for. Contains neither fighting nor world-shaking outcomes.
* I didn't like that very much --Lmm
* Serial Experiments Lain
** I've heard enough bad things about this --Lmm
* Rick and Morty?
** Does not sound promising --maxb
*** I watched the start of episode 1. IMO, it's dreadful :-( --maxb
**** I believe the claim was that one should skip the first episode, but eh.
***** I managed to watch 3m40s of episode 2 before I dropped it. --maxb
* The show from Adult Swim?
** Yes
* Black Lagoon
** This is good but me and Mark have already seen it --Lmm
* Utawarerumono (the first series)
** (AIM) - A solid action show with ignorable harem elements. Leadership. Statesmanship. Lots of villages get burned.
*** I'm fairly sure the second season solely exists to troll the people who watched the first season.
* I don't remember much about this show but I do remember dropping it --Lmm
* GATE (24)
* GATE (24)
** The pacing of the initial few episodes was a bit slow. However, it really got enjoyable after that, and as we move into the second cour, it's really showing promise. Also, intrigue. Explosions. Dragons. The most hilarious military character ever. I think it's a candidate. --maxb
