Places people want to see. Places people really want to see. Places people would be irritated to miss the chance to have visited.
- Ben: Some photogenic view of Fuji, day of hiking in mountains/forests, Jigokudani Monkey Park, Yakushima, Osaka aquarium, old Kyoto
- Lmm: Hot Springs, Tokyo International Anime Fair, Akihabara, Otowa-no-taki, Cherry Blossoms, the Monkey Park from K-ON!, that movie land place, Snow (priority order, first four in particular, I could probably come up with more)
- Dan: Onsen, Tokyo architecture (preferably at night), maybe see sake being made
- Philip: Yakushima (looks pretty damned awesome) - probably some hiking there or something, old Kyoto (perhaps with a stop in Uji), Cherry Blossoms
