** Good show. Nothing super unique but consistently executed. - MP

** I believe I may just possibly have found a comedy that is actually good. It's a rom-com centering around an unusually tall girl and short boy, who have height complexes. It's old (2007), so the picture quality is a bit less than we're typically used to in these full HD days, which may be a surprise at first, but isn't really a problem. Fast-paced and very entertaining. (Recommendation based on 6 out of 24 episodes) --maxb | ** I believe I may just possibly have found a comedy that is actually good. ** The animation quality is very bad. Comedy was passable - I laughed a bit - but not great. I would put this below Non Non Biyori. --lmm | ** The animation quality is very bad. Comedy was passable - I laughed a bit - but not great. I would put this below Non Non Biyori. --lmm
* Kaiba - older but it seems most of us haven't seen it, and I could stand to watch it again --lmm | * Kaiba - older but it seems most of us haven't seen it, and I could stand to watch it again --lmm
** Watching that scene once in company was enough. It's a good show but I'm not super enthused. - MP

* So, this is going to be a weird entry. I watched the first three quarters of season 1, and really liked it - as in, all time personal top 5 liked it. Then I watched the fourth quarter of season 1. They screwed up the pacing very much, in that they ''rushed'' through the ''preliminary round'' of a tournament arc, and then season 1 ended. Treated as a season, it was a rubbish ending. Then season 2 comes along, and actually finishes the tournament with much more reasonable pacing. I'd go so far as to say there's not really any point watching the last 6 episodes of S1 if you aren't going to see S2. With that said, I can see that it doesn't have a great likelyhood of making the schedule, as I'm effectively proposing an 18-episode pseudo-series (S1 E1-18) optionally followed by a 19-episode pseudo-series (S1 E19-24, S2 E1-13) and admitting the start of the second pseudo-series has bad pacing. But, I really really enjoyed this show for the most part, so I'm going to mention it here anyway. If we ever ended up in a situation where screening an 18-episode series wouldn't completely mess up the schedule, I'd recommend we show the first three-quarters of S1, and then decide at that point whether we're collectively interested in watching S2. | * So, this is going to be a weird entry. * Fun tournament-type show. Some fanservice kind of grates. Not as keen as Max is myself. -MP
