Pluzine: Originally mooted only because it's the only town mid-way between Sarajevo and Podgorica. There's a large artificial lake, which means that somewhere there's a large artificial dam, and probably boat hire. Just up the hill from the town is the edge of the Durmitor plateau. Anyway, the topography looks interesting. gm

There are two plausible routes from Pluzine to Podgorica

1. Straight down the valleys through Niksic, the Slough of Montenegro
2. Loop round to come in from the north. This is about an hour longer, and contains no towns of note either, but features some more interesting terrain.
