de wegen naar het zuiden - deel 0 [amstelveen, woerden, schoonhoven, gorinchem, heusden, oirschot, veldhoven, valkenswaard, hamont, bree, lanklaar, elsloo, maastricht]

de groene weg naar de middellandse zee [martensvoeren, herve, verviers, spa, stoumont, werbomont, lierneux, houffalize, bastenaken, wiltz, ettelbruck, mersch, luxemburg]

This route is about 500km, so to be done in ~8 days we need to be averaging ~65km/day.

Suggested detailed plan:

  • Day 1 (Saturday): Amsterdam - Woerden (38.8km)
  • Day 2 (Sunday): Woerden - Gorinchem (38.1km)
  • Day 3 (Monday): Goirnchem - Oirschot (68.5km)
  • Day 4 (Tuesday): Oirschot - Bree (58.8km)
  • Day 5 (Wednesday): Bree - Maarstricht (39.5km)
  • Day 6 (Thursday): Maastricht - Spa (54.2km)
  • Day 7 (Friday): Spa - Bastogne (74.7km)
  • Day 8 (Saturday): Bastogne - Mersch (51.9km)
  • Day 9 (Sunday): Mersch - Luxembourg (18km)
